7. The app will have a time restriction based upon your driver and your selected pharmacy to ensure that the driver you select would be able to get to the pharmacy before its closing, considering store and pharmacy hours often differ. The app will delineate between pharmacy and store hours.
If the driver reaches the pharmacy and it is closed, cancelling the delivery, you will only receive a 50% refund. If the driver reaches the pharmacy and your prescription order is not ready or has not been processed for pickup on that day, then you will only receive a 50% refund of your payment to compensate for the driver’s time.

The client will also have to sign to verify when the medication was delivered. The app has online signature capabilities. The client will verify what medication they are expecting before the driver leaves the pharmacy. The drivers will be given containers to seal the medication. The medication must be sealed before the driver leaves the pharmacy to ensure privacy for patients. Once the medication is sealed, then it will not be able to be opened until it is delivered. You will be given the opportunity to check your medication before the driver leaves. If the medication appears to be tampered or if the driver was not up to your standard, you may file a complaint though the app.
There is a chat and call feature in the app that allows the driver and client to contact each other throughout the delivery process. Aduro drivers will always present their ID as protocol.
Drivers will receive HIPAA training. All drivers will receive a background check and will go through a thorough screening process. They must also have a valid driver’s license.
